For the month of April, Humane Society of St. Clair County/SNAP is partnering with Petsmart Charities to offer a program for our community (outside) cats. Cats will be Spayed/Neutered, Rabies Vaccinated AND Eartipped, at no cost. Space is limited, & contact must be made with HSSCC/SNAP regarding this program. We may be able to provide temporary use of live traps for those needing/wanting to catch Feral cats.
