Happy Tails for Bart!  It was love at first sight for Bart’s new mom.  He is going to a home where he will have a new doggy brother to play and cuddle with.  We are so grateful to see our adoptable pets go to loving, new homes; and we are hopeful that he has found the perfect home for the rest of his life.  Congratulations Bart!
