This moment was so precious – we cannot believe how amazing 2015 has been so far for adoptions! Raphie, our 13 year old boy, has made his way into the heart of a wonderful woman. He is exactly what she was looking for, & needed in her life. Ralphie is going to be so spoiled & loved, & bring so much joy to his new mom. He couldn’t have found a sweeter person to spend the rest of his years with!
