Little guy “Rusty” won the hearts of his foster family – & they finally broke down & became ‘foster failures’ – & adopted him! He is living the good life, with doggy siblings to play with & a new mom that he just loves to pieces! He is her little shadow – & they knew that he was the one that’d make their family complete! We’re very happy for Rusty & his now furever family 🙂
